Praneesh Goyal

Founding Partner

Praneesh is a Founding Partner of MGCo. Legal and a member of its Strategic Business and Investment practice group. He regularly advises financial and strategic investors on corporate transactions and has worked on both friendly and hostile acquisitions. He also serves as Resident Director of the India Discovery Fund for the Middle East and Gulf region.

Praneesh is an accredited mediator and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He contributes regularly on professional representation, M&A and investment banking, and brings further expertise in internal audits, asset management, business consulting and intellectual property protection.

Rohit Sharma

Rohit is a Founding Partner of MGCo. Legal and a member of its Corporate and Disputes practice group. He has advised clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including private mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances and private equity investments, as well as start-up advisory and day-to-day advice on all aspects of Indian corporate and investment law.

Pratyaksh Sikodia

Pratyaksh Sikodia is a Partner at MGCO Legal and leads the Disputes practice, advising clients on complex contentious matters with a strategic and solution-oriented approach. A graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), he brings a strong foundation in both litigation and emerging areas of law.

His practice encompasses Cyber Law, Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property Rights, Arbitration, White-Collar Criminal Defence and Criminal Litigation, with experience in matters requiring nuanced legal strategy and rigorous advocacy.
